1. Coverage & Availability

Helixera Labs currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain states based on applicable regulations. If your order includes a restricted product for your location, we will contact you before processing.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Free 2-Day Shipping: Included on all orders $150 and over — no code needed
  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days after dispatch
  • Overnight (UPS Next Day Air): Next business day after dispatch (order by 12pm PST)

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

3. Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 business days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

4. Packaging & Cold Chain

All products are shipped in discreet packaging — exterior packaging does not indicate the contents or Helixera Labs branding beyond a return address.

Lyophilized peptides are packaged with desiccant to maintain low humidity during transit. Temperature-sensitive compounds that require refrigeration or cold chain maintenance are shipped with appropriate insulation and cold packs for the estimated transit time.

We do not cut corners on packaging for temperature-sensitive compounds. If you have specific packaging requirements for your research context, contact us before ordering.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your order ships. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) to monitor delivery status.

Tracking numbers may take 2–12 hours to show activity after the shipping confirmation email is sent. See our Order Tracking page for more detail.

6. Delivery Issues

Package not received

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or building management. If still unlocated, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan — we will open a carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@helixeralabs.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
