Track Your Shipment
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order left our facility. All shipments go via UPS — enter your tracking number at ups.com/track or click below.
Common Tracking Questions
My tracking number isn't showing any results yet
Tracking numbers can take 2–12 hours to activate after a label is created. If you received your shipping confirmation email recently, try again in a few hours. If it's been more than 24 hours and still showing no results, contact us.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my order
Check with neighbors or building management — deliveries are sometimes left with a neighbor or at a front desk. If you still can't locate the package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we'll investigate with the carrier.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days
Packages sometimes sit at sorting facilities without scanning updates for 1–3 days, particularly during high-volume periods. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier inquiry.
I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder — shipping confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. If you can't find it, email info@helixeralabs.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
My order shows as processing but hasn't shipped
Orders placed before 12pm PST typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST ship the next business day. If your order has been processing for more than 2 business days, contact us at info@helixeralabs.com or 1-866-463-0683.
