Orders are fulfilled same or next business day from Ukiah, California. Free 2-day shipping is included on all orders over $150. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

All peptides are shipped in sealed, labeled vials with desiccant to maintain low humidity during transit. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate insulation. Packaging is discreet — exterior packaging does not indicate the contents.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. However, we recommend refrigerating all peptides promptly upon receipt as a best practice. If your order includes any pre-reconstituted compounds, refrigerate immediately.

All Helixera Labs peptides are ≥98% purity by HPLC analysis. This is verified by independent third-party testing on every batch. The COA (Certificate of Analysis) for each batch is available on request.

Yes — endotoxin testing (LAL test) is included in our quality testing process. Endotoxin levels are confirmed below thresholds required for research-grade material and are detailed in the COA.

All peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials unless otherwise specified on the product page. Lyophilized form provides maximum stability and shelf life. Reconstitution with bacteriostatic water is required before use.

Lyophilized peptides: refrigerate at 2–8°C away from light. For long-term storage (6+ months), −20°C is recommended. Once reconstituted: refrigerate and use within 28 days if using bacteriostatic water, or within 7 days with plain sterile water. Never freeze a reconstituted peptide unless specifically noted.
