3. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Helixera Labs LLC, you accept the following responsibilities:

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You are qualified to handle research chemicals and peptides in a laboratory setting
• You have or will obtain all necessary institutional approvals, permits, and oversight required for your intended research use
• You will store, handle, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable safety regulations and guidelines
• You will not transfer products to any third party for non-research purposes

4. Regulatory Compliance

• Refuse future orders from individuals or entities that have violated this policy
• Report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Policy violations may result in order cancellation without refund if the violation is discovered after shipment.
